St George & The Dragon
I don't think I've ever celebrated St. George's Day, I do know it is the day that St. George (did he exist?) slayed a dragon (did they exist?) I do kind of wish dragons had existed, they probably didn't, I guess that's why I wish they had, although I'm not sure how good of an idea dragons are.
I guess they are cool from a distance (as Dear Bette would say), but if there wasn't a protective fire-proof piece of glass between me & one, I'm not sure if I would be so keen. That is, unless dragons were less hasty in their expulsion of fire and violence on humans & more about rational discussion.
I'm thinking that's not the case, but we come back to the beginning of this conversation, what do I know? These are all mere speculations, due to the fact that dragons most probably never existed.
